Your service
29,99 €
The technical visit is for a professional to come to your home, look at the problem, work out what it needs and give you a written quote. No repair is carried out on this visit.
If you accept the quote and the work goes ahead, that 29,99 € comes off the final price.
You keep the quote and decide afterwards, with no obligation.
This fee stops being refundable once the professional sets off
By paying, you are asking a professional to come to your home. From the moment he accepts the job and sets off to your address this fee is no longer refunded, even if you then decide not to go ahead with the quote: it pays for the trip and the assessment on site. For as long as nobody has set off, you can cancel and get all of it back.
